Why is there already an agent for my business?
We build agents from public web pages, the way a directory lists businesses. Until you claim it, it is labeled unofficial, it only repeats what your own pages say, with sources, and you can remove it at once.
Does this stop AI robots from scraping my website?
No. It gives them an official door instead: agents that use it get answers from your own pages, and any booking they ask for waits for your OK. What robots scrape from your site, you do not control. What your agent says, you do. Blocking robots from your website stays your choice, in its robots.txt file.
What does it cost?
Claiming is free. Bookings are free until 1 April 2027, and we will tell you well before anything changes.
How do you check that I own the business?
We send a 6-digit code to an e-mail address on your website's domain, like you@yourbusiness.ch. No such address? Write to contact@compr.ch and we check by hand.
Where do its answers come from?
Only from your public pages, and every answer shows its sources. If your pages do not say it, the agent says it does not know.
Can an AI book a table without my OK?
No. A booking stays a request until you confirm it from the e-mail we send you. Requests you do not confirm expire after 24 hours.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They ask on your agent's page, by typing or out loud, or through their own agent.
Can I remove my agent?
Yes. An unclaimed agent comes down at once from its page. Once you have claimed it, write to us and we take it down.
